We offer two apartment complexes close to campus, both of which have updated features, such as new appliances and counter tops. At our apartments, we have many of the same amenities as the expensive apartment complexes in Kent, but you won't pay an outrageous fee to live here.

Both apartment complexes are within walking distance of Kent State University and downtown Kent, Ohio. Being close to both means that you don't need to pay for on-campus parking, and you can experience all that the downtown area has to offer.
