Both of our apartment complexes offer laundry facilities within the apartment buildings. This means you don't have to take your laundry somewhere else, saving you time and money.
With our properties being located within a mile of campus, you don't have to worry about on-campus parking or a long walk. This gives peace of mind, knowing that you are close to campus and downtown Kent.
Maintenance
We understand that emergencies happen at any time of the day. That's why we offer 24/7 maintenance services, with a serviceman on call at all hours.
Outside maintenance such as landscaping and snow removal are also included for both properties. Although the weather can be predictable, our snow removal service is not.
